In all cases, cosmetic products are manufactured in accordance with the applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements established by ISO 22716 and the relevant European regulations.
Collaborative Cosmetic Manufacturing
Would you like to participate directly in the manufacturing of your own cosmetic product? At Alpiguisa Innovación, you can take part in different stages of the production process at our facilities through our collaborative manufacturing service.
This option allows clients to become involved in the manufacturing process of their cosmetic products, with the support of our team and while working according to established procedures designed to ensure product quality and safety.
Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for cosmetic products, following ISO 22716 and the requirements established by Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
People participating in the manufacturing process must have the necessary training to carry out the corresponding activities. Depending on the project, we also offer training in cosmetic formulation to provide the basic knowledge required.
Collaborative manufacturing can form part of the different stages required to develop and prepare a cosmetic product intended for marketing within the European Union.
Third-Party Cosmetic Manufacturing
Would you like to create your own cosmetic brand without having your own facilities to manufacture your products? Third-party cosmetic manufacturing allows you to outsource production and develop a cosmetic line under your own brand.
At Alpiguisa Innovación, we manufacture and package cosmetic products for brands and companies, following the specifications agreed upon for each project and the requirements established by European regulations.
